Early yesterday morning, the police received a report that the four girls aged 15-17, who are staying under a warrant in a residence near Jerusalem, fled the scene.
As soon as the incident happened, the daycare staff noticed that screams were coming from one of the rooms and their examination revealed that one of the guides was tied to a chair inside the room. According to the suspicion, before escaping, the four girls took the instructor into the room where they forced her to a fixed ladder with a rope and gagged her, took her mobile phone and a bunch of keys from her possession and then escaped, not before locking the door to the room with the instructor tied to a chair.
Last night in the late evening hours, the patrol officers of the Rashlat police station located two of the suspects near a residential building in the city and they were transferred for questioning to the Moriah station of the Jerusalem district. A few hours later, the other two suspects showed up at the police station and turned themselves in, accompanied by the mother of one of them.
The four suspected girls were investigated for suspected crimes of false imprisonment, robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime and violation of a legal order. During the day they will be brought before the Court of Appeals for a discussion on their matter.
