More than 200 search and rescue personnel and 60 firefighting teams arrived at the scene, according to state media. “After receiving the call, the urban rescue team of the fire department immediately dispatched forces to the scene,” the local media reported. The public security units, emergency forces, the municipal administration and the electricity supply units rushed at the same time to carry out emergency rescue work.
