Among the best places Jaffa has to offer. A combination of atmosphere, art, food and lovely people. My name is the chef, a close friend, we used to cook together.
Fish in an envelope is such a simple and so smart dish – almost any raw material can be cooked with any technique, but the winning dishes are those that reach a balance between technique and raw material.

3. Kichokai
When the chef is both a fisherman and out of the box, you get a menu that is fun to get lost in. Each dish screams new flavors between a relaxed Mediterranean and traditional Japanese, and the cocktail based on fine yuzu and spicy rum only adds to the feast on the palate. During the red tuna season, chef Or Ginsberg breaks down fresh fish, an experience that is worth a jump.

4. pita pita
For two normal people who live all day in a deli that doesn’t work on Shabbat and where most of the food is based on fish, cheese and vegetables, every now and then the body needs meat. Pita Pita at the branch located near the flea market is the right thing that we break down on – stuffed spleen for a loved one and a plate of kebab and chicken with a salad of burnt vegetables for Avial.

5. Delida
Avi Medvin is one of the first restaurateurs to hear about our project and he was blown away by the idea. Since then, not only thanks to the mutual support, Delida is like a distillation of the Israeli culinary experience. A cocktail bar open to the public, labneh brulee, an atmosphere at eye level, coffee in the morning in the open space and skewers at noon feel as if someone understands the local culinary language.
