Following the heavy rain: Rishon LeZion was flooded in several locations in the city

Winter is here in a big way: Due to a heavy cloud break, which caused unusual amounts of rain, in the city of Rishon Lezion several major flooding centers were recorded this morning (Friday), mainly in the west of the city and in Mazera.

In the meantime, the inspectors of the security company, the municipal teams, Maniv employees and drivers have been deployed in the field and are assisting in the rescues, also, they are conducting scans in the educational institutions in order to locate floods. The mayor, Raz Kinstlich, will conduct a situation assessment with all the parties in order to get a picture of the situation on the ground.
