Scientists present in the journal Science an mRNA vaccine that has been proven to protect against all 20 known subtypes of the flu virus.
The flu is caused by a virus that can make you very ill. Fortunately, you can get the flu shot every year to protect yourself. The disadvantage of the flu shot is that it is a so-called ‘seasonal vaccine’ and only offers protection against recently circulating strains.
