This app provides train travel guarantee to passengers. If the train tickets are not confirmed, the company will arrange free flight tickets for the passengers to carry out their journey, it said.

Trip Assurance feature
TrainMan app has introduced a new feature. Its name is ‘Trip Assurance’. This new feature ensures a guaranteed way for passengers holding tickets on the waiting list to complete their journey. User can check the status after booking the ticket in the app. Even after charting, Trip Assurance helps travelers find and book last-minute alternative travel options if the ticket is not confirmed.
How to issue flight ticket
If the passenger’s ticket prediction meter is 90 percent or more, TrainMan will get a trip assurance fee of Rs 1. If less than 90 percent, the app charges based on the class of the ticket.
If the ticket is confirmed after the chart is prepared, the Trip Assurance fee will be refunded to the passenger. If the ticket is not confirmed, the TrainMan app will provide the passenger with a free flight ticket to carry out the journey. However, it is important to note that the ‘TripAssuren’ feature is only applicable for cities with an airport.
