At least 130,000 residents remain without electricity in the Ukrainian capital, kyiv, after last Wednesday’s attacks by Russian forces, which caused massive blackouts in all regions of the country, the local administration announced, The Kyiv Independent newspaper reports. As of 9:30 this morning, however, the water supply had been fully restored to all areas of the capital.
