BJP leader Annamalai supported the soldier who was threatened by a strange figure

At the Ambedkar Law College event in Chennai, Thirumavalavan, the leader of the Liberation Tigers Party, had said that the ultimate goal of Tamil nationalism is to establish Tamil Nadu as a separate state. In protest against this, an army soldier named Gurumurthy had posted a video on social media. Subsequently, Gurumurthy created a stir by releasing an audio of a Liberation Tigers Party official threatening him over the phone. Following this, Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai contacted Gurumurthy and expressed his support.
