MAINTENANCE – The Minister Delegate in charge of Industry takes stock of the impact of the energy crisis on manufacturers.

LE FIGARO. – Can you quantify the impact of the energy crisis on French companies?

Roland LESCURE. – We have a weekly feedback of this information. Today, just over 400 companies have alerted us. The companies affected lower their production, resort to partial activity (partial unemployment, Editor’s note) or face funding difficulties. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, as all businesses are affected today, to varying degrees. Europe is facing a major energy crisis. We have to share the bill: in France, the state covers 55%, companies 40%, and households only 5%.
