Chairman of the Noam Party, Avi Maoz, who made a coalition deal with the Likud in preparation for the formation of the government, received, among other things, the powers over units in the Ministry of Education. As part of his position, Maoz expressed himself in several statements that managed to upset quite a few Israeli citizens, among them he attacked the transgender community in Israel when he claimed: “Transgenders are eccentric.” Now, another extreme statement of the politician reached the ears of Nicol Raidmanwho decided not to be silent.

In Maoz’s harsh words, he said: “The greatest contribution of women to the country – that they get married,” as well as adding that “women should not be in the IDF.” His controversial views did not go down the throat of businesswoman Radiman, who responded in a sharp post on her Instagram story : “I am a woman, not married, I contribute more to the country than many men. I am a mother of children who proudly raises them alone, and my daughter will enlist in the IDF, among other things, to protect you as well.”

She later added: “Who are you, sir? Shame on you for your dark views, your personal worldview is not the government’s agenda. Before you cause damage and open a front with me about your primitive thinking that has no place, I expect an apology to the women of Israel and citizens Transgenders, welcome an independent, unmarried woman. Nicole Reidman.”
