“La Liste” (La Liste), is an international rating system for restaurants that was originally launched in 2015 by president and founder Philippe Faure. This is a list of the 1,000 best restaurants in the world published every year by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The list is based on a review of about 200 food guides and Michelin, with ten restaurants of Israeli chefs starring in the 2023 list this year. On the list: “La Regence”, King David Hotel, Jerusalem, “OCD” Tel Aviv, “Meshia”, Tel Aviv, “Alana”, Norman Hotel, Tel Aviv, “Menta Ray”, Tel Aviv, “Claro”, Tel Aviv, “Pastel”, Tel Aviv, “Haslon”, Tel Aviv, “Chakra”, Tel Aviv and “George & John”, Tel Aviv.
According to “Le List”, Raz Rahab’s “OCD” restaurant won the highest rating with 92 points, with Eyal Shani’s “Haslon” with 78 points and Guy Arish’s “Mashaya” with 88 points. The first place with the highest rating was taken by the restaurants “Franzen”, Stockholm, Sweden, “Guy Savoy”, Paris, France and “Le Brandin”, New York, USA – all three with 99.50 points.
