New Delhi: During the Gujarat election campaign, Congress leader Mallikarjuna Kharge, who compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Ravana from the Ramayana, created a controversy. BJP condemns ‘Congress has insulted Gujarat’s son’

Assembly elections in Gujarat are scheduled to be held on December 1 and 5. As the campaigning ends this evening, the election campaign is at its peak. Addressing the Congress election campaign rally held in Ahmedabad, Congress President Mallikarjuna Kharge accused Narendra Modi of forgetting the duties of the Prime Minister. Kharge criticized him for always being on the campaign trail. Kharge alleged that whether it is a local body election, an assembly election or a parliamentary election, he comes to campaign.

“You don’t need to see anyone else. Look at my face and vote,” Mallikarjuna Kharge, pointing to Prime Minister Modi’s saying during the election campaign, questioned how many times we see your face. “How many forms do you have? Do you have 100 heads like Ravana?” Karke also questioned.

BJP strongly condemned this comparison of Mallikarjuna Kharge. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra accused the Congress of insulting Gujarat’s son (Prime Minister Narendra Modi).

He said that the Congress has not only insulted Prime Minister Modi, but the Congress has insulted Gujarat and every Gujarati along with the Prime Minister. Sambit Bhadra has also said that such talk from the Congress shows the state of mind of the party.
