Tnuva’s winning recipe: tofu falafel is rich in protein

The ingredients for 20 units:
½ package of “delicacy” puff pastry thawed according to the instructions on the package
To fill:

500 grams of roasted eggplant
300 grams of Bulgarian cheese 5% “Piraeus”
200 grams of “Golden Chef” mozzarella flakes
½ teaspoon of salt

For coating:

1 beaten egg
Sesame

For the dip:
1 cup BIO 3% yogurt “Tnuva”
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon zaatar
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix together all the filling ingredients.
Flatten the puff pastry. Roll a little. Divide the dough lengthwise into four parts.
Place along the length of each strip of dough from the filling.
Roll each rectangle into a long, tight strip with the seam at the bottom.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cover with a beaten egg and sesame seeds.
Diagonally cut each strip into small pieces.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Mix the dip ingredients and serve next to it.
