Almost a year after acquiring 50% of the BBB chain (which franchises the Mozes, Burgers and BBB brands), Dor Alon will deploy a fleet of Food Trucks in its gas station complexes, under the BBB by the way brand. The scope of the investment during the course is estimated at NIS 30 million.
In the first phase, two trucks were placed at the stations on Road 6 (Dvira Junction and the Kibbutz Magal interchange), and the plan is to deploy dozens of trucks at dozens of stations, out of about 220 where Dor Alon is deployed.
Hamburger trucks will be parked at stations regularly, and will be operated on a franchise basis. In the first phase, these will only be takeaways, and later they will serve as a base from which the chain will take deliveries to nearby localities.
