Maccabi Tel Aviv will return tonight (between Monday and Tuesday) from its training camp in Turkey, after two victories over local teams, which were preparation for the rest of the season and the return from the World Cup break, for the Toto Cup match against Hapoel Jerusalem and then for the State Cup match against Umm Al Fahm.
The coach, Vladimir Ivić, returns from Turkey with one quite clear conclusion and it concerns the yellows’ method of play, which will not change, as his team will continue to play in the three-back formation they played this season.
The training camp also led Ivić to some decisions. The first is, another opportunity for Matan Khozz, who hasn’t been counted since the game against Bnei Sakhnin in Doha, where he showed weak ability and now, in the training camp, he was great.
