Nisha denied job incident: Complaint to Chief Minister – Kollam Nisha

Kollam ∙ Complaint to the Chief Minister about the loss of job of a young woman named Nisha Balakrishnan who reported midnight vacancy. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s stance on the issue will be crucial. Nisha Balakrishnan, a resident of Chawara, who lost her job, visited the CPI headquarters in the capital yesterday and met state secretary Kanam Rajendran and lodged a complaint. Kanam forwarded the complaint to the Chief Minister.

In the complaint, Nisha alleged that she, who was ranked 696 in the LD clerk rank list of Ernakulam district, lost her job due to the negligence of officials in the office of the director of urban affairs in Thiruvananthapuram.

On March 28, 2018, before noon, a vacancy was notified in the office of the Director of Urban Affairs through an email from the Kochi Corporation. But from this office it was reported to PSC at 12 midnight on 31st. Records show that when the mail was received at PSC it was 12.00.04. Nisha also complained that she lost her job due to the technicality that it was the next day after 4 seconds.

Minister M.B. In Rajesh’s Facebook post, it was said that apart from Ernakulam, Kannur also reported vacancy on 31st 12th. The minister also stated that the appointment was made from the rank list which ended on 31 in Kannur. In that case, 2 justices were done in 2 districts. The rank list expired on 31st but the new list came into force on 2nd April. Nisha requested in the complaint that action should be taken to provide the deserving job.

Bharatiya Human Rights Organization Chairman P. Balachandran filed a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission Chairman.
