In a joint decision and in good spirits, Marco Belval ended his role in Northeast of the Indian League. The team’s bad start to the season, which is in last place in the table with eight losses and without a single point, led to a joint decision by both sides to part ways.
Balbol, as I remember, started his work at North East last June, after parting with the Israeli national team after a particularly short term in which he did not have time to stand on the lines for even one game. Northeast, as mentioned, is in last place in the table without a single point, when it is in a very difficult situation and seven points away from the red line.
Balbol’s last team in Israel was, as you remember, Maccabi Haifa, with whom he finished in second place in the 2019/20 season, when Barak Becher was appointed to his position after him. Even before that, he coached the youth team and Bnei Sakhnin.
