GB, explosion in Jersey: at least one dead and dozens missing

At least one is dead while there are ”dozens missing” following one violent explosionand which occurred in a three story condo in Jersey, the largest of the islands in the English Channel in Great Britain. The BBC reports it quoting the police, according to which two people have been transferred to hospital.

The building was ”completely destroyed” following the explosion, while the fire was extinguished. According to the island’s police chief Robin Smith, the search for the missing ”could last days”.
