by time news

As we get closer to the story of the righteous Joseph in the last chapters of the Book of Genesis, the song ‘Joseph’ that closes Bari Weber’s latest album “Karban” takes on greater significance than ever.

The song tells the story of Joseph as a parable for our lives, a tetache, Weber felt that it also deserved a suitable music video.

The clip refers to the boycott issue, and describes a boy who experiences rejection and abuse from his friends. But despite the difficulty, he keeps getting better. The screenplay was written by Pinchas Bichler (Malchut Band), directed by Hershey Segal and produced by Michael Tsi.

“I could write a book with the number of stories I received about the song ‘Oud Yosef Chai,'” says Bari about the decision to produce a production specifically for this song, “Parents and children who reconciled, rabbis and teachers who treat their students and children who return to their path after connecting with the strong message in this song. If ever There was a song that needed a proper music video, it was about it.”
