Starting yesterday, Monday, the government announced a 500 dollar subsidy for low-income people living in rented housing in Canada.
Who is eligible for this scholarship?
Applicants must be at least 15 years of age and have paid at least 30 percent of their 2021 income as rent in 2022.

Also, must be a household with an income of $35,000 or less, or an individual with an income of $20,000 or less. Also, they should have filed income tax for the year 2021.
Also, they have to submit proof of their rent payment.
Eligible candidates can apply through the website of the Federal Government.
