Prabhakaran (31) is the son of Chinnaphaiyan from Sidhandi Mandapam area next to Chengalpattu. He is disabled as he cannot walk. He has been staying at home without going to any work. He has been an ardent Vijay fan since childhood.

Yesterday, actor Vijay met three district fans at his residence in Panayur. While meeting fans from Chengalpattu district, actor Vijay picked up Prabhakaran, a disabled person. Prabhakaran said, “When I went to see the commander, he picked me up when he saw me. I never thought of this in my life. It was a longing to see him and I am very happy because it has come true,” he said.
