Oppo’s new handset A58x (Oppo A58x 5G) has been launched in China. It is an updated version of Oppo A56 5G which was launched in China last month. The 6GB + 128GB storage variant of the Oppo A58X 5G is priced at 1,200 Yuan in China, which is roughly Rs 14,500.
The Oppo A58X 5G comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone features a 6.56-inch HD+ (720×1,612 pixels) LCD screen with up to 90Hz refresh rate and 600 nits peak brightness. The processor is MediaTek Dimensity 700 paired with Mali-G57 MC2. The battery is 5,000 mAh with 10W wired charging support. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face recognition. The Oppo A58X 5G runs ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.
It has a dual rear camera setup including a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. It also has an 8-megapixel fixed-focus camera on the front. This smartphone includes many photography features like Night Scene, AI ID Photo, Time-Lapse, Slow Motion etc.
It is a dual-SIM (nano) 5G smartphone that supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3. The handset has a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Oppo A58X 5G comes in Breeze Purple, Starry Sky Black and Tranquility Blue color options.
