Energy sobriety: in the National Assembly and in the ministries, “we freeze them”

There are legitimate thrills: those that shake souls on the eve of a tantalizing World Cup final. And then there are others, less desired, who come to heckle the bodies, when the thermostat performs its finest dive. While the whole of France is bitten by a voracious cold, that the country has made a vow forced to an energy sobriety which imposes to take it easy on the heating, the National Assembly, too, is shivering.
