A young man about 17 years old was found in serious condition and unconscious on David Ben Gurion Boulevard near Route 3 in Kiryat Malachi, after apparently being injured in a car accident. MDA medics and paramedics gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to Kaplan Hospital with a multi-system injury.
MDA paramedic Benny Fox and MDA emergency medic Yehuda Avivi, who were present at the scene, said: “We were during evacuation to the hospital, when suddenly we saw an unconscious man in the middle of the road. We got out of the ambulance and immediately began to give him life-saving medical treatment that included anesthesia and ventilation, we brought him up to the intensive care vehicle, and we quickly sent him to the hospital where his condition is defined as serious and unstable.”
