A 25-year-old motorcyclist skidded this evening (Sunday) with his motorcycle in a turn near the exit from highway 4 to highway 1 near the Genat interchange heading east.
MDA medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene reported that they found him without signs of life and had to pronounce him dead.
MDA emergency medicine medic Issachar Weiss and MDA paramedic Tzvika Gadlavitz said: “We saw a motorcycle on the road and tens of meters away was a 25-year-old man lying unconscious, he suffered from multi-system damage and was without breathing and without a pulse. We performed medical tests, he was unconscious Signs of life and we had to determine his death.”
Rescue medics Haim Zzuri and Moshe Adler say: “When we arrived at the scene, we found a motorcyclist, a man about 25 years old, lying on the road, unconscious without a pulse and without breathing and suffering from multi-system damage after apparently slipping while riding. Together with medics and paramedics from MDA and Rescue, we performed In which resuscitation operations were performed, at the end of which, due to the nature of the severe injuries, the paramedics had to pronounce him dead on the spot.”
ZAKA Tel Aviv volunteer Zev Vels says: “This is the scene of a very serious accident. When I arrived at the scene, I found a young motorcyclist about 20 years old who was lying on the road a long way from the motorcycle with severe signs of injury. The MDA teams had to pronounce him dead on the spot. Together with other volunteers from the unit, we assist the police and the traffic examiner team, and handle the body of the deceased and the findings at the scene, while caring for the dignity of the dead.”
The examiners of the Traffic Division of the Israel Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
