MDA Spokesman Zaki Heller: At 3:14 PM, a report was received at MDA’s 101 hotline in the Lachish area, about a man who was pulled from the sea after he started drowning, near the Lido beach in Ashdod. MDA medics and paramedics provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Assuta Hospital in Ashdod, a 30-year-old man in fair condition, with significant shortness of breath after drowning.
