Mohammed Abdullah, who has been an engineer for more than 20 years, thought of building his own house in a different way. Based on that, he has built a house made of composite retro structure (COMPOSITE RETRO STRUCTURE) in order to make the house beautiful and reduce the cost by keeping the old materials.
RRR stands for REDUCE, REUSE AND RECYLABLE A house built in a cost-effective manner using mostly used and reusable materials to build a new house.

When a house is built, the house depreciates after many years and the remaining amount is calculated for the depreciation of the house. But this house is completely different and built on APPRECIABLE LIABILITY CONCEPT.

Engineer Mohammad Abdullah says that the materials used to build this house can be taken back without damage and used to build a new house and because the house was already built with old materials, the depreciation of the house will not decrease even after generation.

The 720 sq. ft. three-storey house is mostly built of old materials. The surrounding wall of the house is built using the stones taken from the base level of the existing building when it was demolished.
Interior of the house
The balcony of the house is constructed of bamboo wood, coconut wood and iron rope with balcony handles used. The outer wall of the house is built with the stones that are wasted during the use of the grinder. The floor of the house is built with terracotta stones used throughout. The entire wall of the house is made of molded wood. In this way all parts of the house are constructed using any of the used materials.
The engineer says that if this house is to be demolished after many years and another type of house is to be built, all the materials of which the house is built can be taken separately without damage. He also says that houses of different shapes can be built using the same materials.
He says that this house should be built with skilled workers and with a good plan because of the intricate technical work. When building a house of this shape, there is space left and the houses can be designed according to the wishes. Mohammad Abdullah, the owner and engineer of the house, says that since the house is built using a lot of materials, it is necessary to maintain it, and the security of the house is twofold.
