A boy fell to his death in an amusement park; The facility is closed

An autopsy found the boy was nearly 45 pounds over the ride’s weight limit of up to 120 pounds, which allowed him to slip out of the seat harness and onto the sidewalk below. The seat was still in the locked position after the ride came to an end, crew members told authorities.
