A boy who was stranded on a rock amid a river flood in Pakistan was rescued by a helicopter. In Pakistan, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber provinces have experienced severe flooding due to heavy rains. More than a thousand people have died since the onset of the monsoon. Highways were swept away by floods in the valley-rich Khyber province. Meanwhile, the boy, who struggled to escape by climbing a rock in the middle of the river flood, was rescued by the army using a helicopter.
