Yesterday, Sunday 10/27, the inauguration ceremony of the new branch of the Regional Labor Court was held in Kfar Saba, in the presence of Mayor Rafi Sa’ar, the President of the National Labor Court, Judge Verda Vira Livna, and the President of the Regional Labor Court, Judge Hadas Yahlom.

The Kfar Sabait branch of the Regional Labor Court, opened by the Courts Administration, was opened with the aim of making the court accessible to the residents of the entire Sharon region, making it easier for the public to receive service and streamlining the legal processes.

The branch in Kfar Saba, which positions itself as the capital of Sharon, was opened in the city’s Magistrate’s Court, where in the first stage the branch will hear hearings such as appeals on medical boards and pre-trial cases in social security cases.

The mayor, Rafi Sa’ar: “This is an important move and I welcome the opening of the branch of the court in Kfar Saba. The provision of services in the area will make it easier for the residents and the lawyers who represent them, and it is another step in the variety of services that Kfar Saba provides to its residents and the residents of the entire region. Kfar Saba is developing as a metropolitan capital, due to its location, the proximity to transportation arteries Raschiim and the extensive range of services provided in the city, and this is in addition to being a city that has become a center of attraction for the largest companies in Israel, who choose to establish their headquarters here.”
