After this, 80 buses and 100 walks are being run from areas including Koyambedu, Broadway to Sirucherry Chipgat on behalf of Municipal Transport Corporation.
But since there is no bus stand at Sirucherry Chipgat, all the city buses stop on the road side.
Here, without enough basic facilities like seats, toilets and bus shelters, the employees are suffering.
Therefore, the employees have demanded that a bus stand should be set up with basic facilities.
