The man got in touch with the woman via an escort ad in February. Some time later, the parties decided to meet and have intercourse in a cabin in the forest outside Arboga.

In the judgment, it appears that the parties had previously agreed on how the meeting would take place. Something that the man later chose to fight against by having intimate contact with her in a way that the parties had not agreed upon.
