Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, the main subject of Jamaat is humanity, establishing the rights of the people.
He urged people of all classes and professions to build greater national unity, regardless of party affiliation.
He made this call in his chief guest speech at an exchange meeting with prominent people of greater Kafrul region organized by Jamaat-e-Islami’s Dhaka Metropolitan North Branch at Kafrul in the capital on Thursday (September 26).
Member of Jamaat-e-Islami Central Executive Council and Amir of Dhaka Metropolitan North Branch Mohammad Salim Uddin presided over the exchange meeting as special guests were Amir Abdur Rahman Musa, member of Central Working Council and Naib of Dhaka Metropolitan North, Lashkar Muhammad Taslim, Shura member of Central Majlis, Assistant Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan North Dr. Fakhruddin Manik, working council member of Dhaka Metropolitan North. Shahidullah, Shah Alam Tuhin, member of the Majlis Shura Professor Anwarul Karim, Abdul Matin etc.
Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, we want to give human dignity to people. We are determined to unite people in the interest of the country and in the interest of the people without dividing the party and religion. In order to move the country and the nation forward, there is a need for greater national unity regardless of party affiliation. A divided nation can never prosper. Basically, insults and insults are inevitable for a divided nation. We have been insulted and insulted for a long time. Which can no longer be allowed to continue, rather the time has come to change it. That’s why we need to get out of the past circle. Essentially, the person who accumulates is a burden to himself as well as to the family and society. A person who can match himself is an asset to himself; It is also an asset to the family, society and nation. Therefore, each of us must take the vow to be an asset.
He said that the welfare of the masses is the ideology and motto of Jamaat politics. Therefore, the leaders and workers of Jamaat are always working tirelessly for the welfare of people. We have always been uncompromising in alleviating human suffering. We carry our identity. I invite Quran-Hadith among people in Amli language. This invitation is a call to Allah Almighty. We want people to find their real address through our invitation. We do not consider anyone as a fool, rather they can decide their own destination by accepting dawat, InshAllah.
Amir of Jamaat said that Allah is the real owner of human actions. Man’s duty is to try to change his destiny through action.
