A carbon-free hydrogen production plant inaugurated at sea

France wants to become the champion of carbon-free hydrogen… Paris wants to produce 6.5 Gw of hydrogen by electrolysis by 2030, by fracturing water molecules with electricity. The start-up Lhyfe has already implemented this technique in its factory in Vendée. It is now working to produce at sea with its pilot unit inaugurated on September 22nd.
