The ship 3 Blue Ciment Is a general cargo ship for the transport of cement built in 2010 and it sails under the Liberian flag. The ship is capable of carrying about 15,000 tons of cement.
It will be recalled that the fleet of ships from the Israel Shipbuilding Industry currently numbers 13 ships, including four ships for transporting cement.
