The video shows that the boy who came around him on a bicycle, then stops the cycle and listens to him for a while, then goes around him again. The video has been viewed by more than 1.33 lakh people on Twitter.

A referendum proposed by President Gabriel Boric failed. 7.9 million people voted against the new constitutional change and 4.9 million people voted in favor of the change. Gabriel Boric, 36, took over as Chile’s president last March. The failure of this referendum is seen as a setback for him.
