Just a few hours after the Glimt boys returned to Spanish Marbella, newcomer Kjetil Haug was also in place at the players’ hotel. Haug will be Glimt’s new last stand.
– It feels very good. Now I’m ready to meet the rest of the gang and get started in a proper way. I’m looking forward to it, says Kjetil Haug in his first interview with glimt.no.
Haug arrives on loan from the French club Toulouse until the summer.
– I’m just looking forward to it
Haug has not had time to greet any of his new teammates yet, but will have enough time to do so next week at a training camp in Spain.
– I hope it will be positive both for me and the team. I hope to contribute, that’s why I’m here. I want to join and fight and play for a club like Glimt. I can’t wait to get started.
– Why have you chosen Glimt now?
– The club and the project are very interesting. I know some of the guys from before, and everyone who has been here before has only positive things to say about the club, the city and the supporters. It’s a club everyone wants to play for, so when I heard that there could be a solution, I was very happy.
