Bristol• The ‘Jyotis 2022’ family gathering organized under the auspices of St. Mary’s Indian Orthodox Church, Bristol, UK was colorful. The family meeting was inaugurated by the parish vicar, Fr. Performed by John Varghese in Manannacheri.
Fr. said that families getting together with each other will be a role model for the next generation and such family reunions are very important in today’s diaspora life. John Varghese said in Mannancheri.
Bristol St. Thomas Marthoma Parish Rev. Sanoj Baby Mathew delivered the keynote address. St. Mary’s Indian Orthodox Church member Fr. Mathew Abraham and Trustee Anil Thomas spoke. Parish Secretary Bijoy George, Program Coordinators Jiju Raju and Raji Sunil presided over the family gathering.
Various art programs, Bible drama, lucky draw and love feast were held by parishioners from children to adults at the family gathering.
Every year, a family gathering called Jyotis is held in connection with the Christmas and New Year celebrations. Hundreds of members along with their families attended the meeting.
