At the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, within the framework of the “Student Development Platform” project, implemented by the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency of Azerbaijan, a conference was held on the topic “Why is art important?”, Day.Az reports.
The conference was attended as speakers by TV and radio presenter, Honored Cultural Worker Rakhib Azeri, editor-in-chief of the Azerbaijanfilm film studio, film director and film expert, Honored Artist Ayaz Salayev, and art critic and blogger Teyuba Heydarova.
At the conference, speakers exchanged views on topics related to employment opportunities for students studying in the field of art, existing opportunities in the labor market in this area, government support, as well as philosophical approaches to art.
Following the conference, a discussion session was held, the speakers answered questions from students.
