How the production of construction materials is going and its influence on the Housing Program, in addition to the links between companies in the sector and investments, are topics evaluated these days during the XV National Internal Control Check, which has, among its scenarios, the Construction Materials Company.
According to Giselis Ramos Valdés, deputy controller in the province, they evaluate six entities in the territory, belonging to the Higher Business Management Organizations of the Construction and Tabacuba sector, in addition to the cargo and transportation entities of the governments.
A team made up of five experts and 15 third-year students of Accounting and the Higher Level Technician Course in Auditing, all from the University of Artemisa, value the strengthening of the Socialist State Enterprise, administrative management and the use of resources , in three goals.
These are the assurance of supplies for the national industry and the fulfillment of export plans, as well as the execution of the provisions of the Housing Program, and the alternatives evaluated to improve transportation services in terms of fuel use. , vehicle control, operating licenses, among other matters.
Auditors also appreciate the economic contracting processes, the status of accounts receivable and payable, their documents and reliability, along with the control and use of inventories.
The exercise, which began on September 18, will last until October 31, in order to advise groups on the aspiration that the Socialist State Enterprise be the main actor in the economy, based on efficiency, rationality and social responsibility with which they perform their functions.
