A Court will review the complaint against the Academy of Medicine of Valencia for covering up the damage of the drug Agreal

One of the darkest episodes of the Agreal case (damage caused by this neuroleptic medication) is the one that starred in the Royal Academy of Medicine of the Valencian Community. The seven plaintiff women, whose clinical documentation has been studied from the point of view of causality by Dr. Morcillo, have in common “treatments” with the neuroleptic Agreal in their post-menopause. All of them excessively long (much longer than the three months that Sanofi responded to the European Medicines Agency which should not be used).

For all these reasons, those affected by the Sanofi treatment denounced the Royal Academy of Medicine and Dr. Morcillo for the crime of scam, falsehood in the narration of the facts, bribery, influence peddling, false testimony and crime related to the exercise of fundamental rights. Now the Valencian court must evaluate these facts and sentence them.
