The Women’s Premier League returned to action today (Thursday) following the decision to suspend it last week. As you may recall, the team owners decided on the shutdown because they claimed the teams’ budgets were severely damaged, but so far at least competitively, the 12th round games in the league have provided some fascinating results that can definitely affect the top and bottom struggles.

Leading Maccabi Talents Hadera, which is fighting for the title with Kiryat Gat, lost a bit of height with a disappointing 1: 1 against Maccabi Emek Hefer. Maya Hitman opened for Emek Hefer in the 27th minute, but Shani David balanced the result and set a points distribution for Hadera. In addition, MS Kiryat Gat did not have a hard time with 0: 2 over Hapoel Marmorek thanks to goals from Flavia Giovanna Feliciano in the 19th minute and Sandra Francesca Ferrer in the 56th minute.
