The District Court in Dobrich approved an agreement under which a person accused of possession for the purpose of distribution and distribution of high-risk narcotic substances pleads guilty and accepts that he be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 1 year and 8 months, the serving of which is suspended with a 3-year probationary period.
With the agreement, the parties in the case consider it undisputedly established that on March 27, 2024, in an apartment in Dobrich without a proper permit, the accused A.A. kept with the purpose of distribution 19.28 grams of marijuana and 6.70 grams of methamphetamine – with a total value of 854 leva. On the same date, he distributed to another person from the city 1.13 grams of marijuana – worth BGN 22.60, and 0.28 grams of methamphetamine – worth BGN 19.60. The two acts were committed under the conditions of a continuing crime.
The defendant, who has not yet been convicted, declares to the court that he pleads guilty, voluntarily signed the agreement and understands that it has the consequences of a final sentence.
