During the operational search by district department detectives, it was established that a 20-year-old Brest resident was involved in committing hooliganism.
It turned out that the night before, the young man, while in one of the entertainment establishments, drank alcoholic beverages with friends. Subsequently, while walking along one of the city streets, the defendant began to unreasonably punch and kick cars standing there as he moved.
After the damage was discovered, this fact was reported to the police.
In a conversation with law enforcement officers, the Brest resident admitted his crime, arguing that his actions were due to his state of alcohol intoxication.
The total damage caused to four applicants amounted to at least 7 thousand rubles. The actions of the young man were given a legal assessment. A criminal case has been opened for hooliganism.
