A fourth victory in five massive sprints since the start of the Tour de France 2023. The Belgian Jasper Philipsen, somewhat alone in the world in the ranks of sprinters, won the 11th stage in Moulins this Wednesday, July 12. Dutchman Dylan Groenewegen and German Phil Bauhaus complete the day’s podium.
