As I recall, this morning there was a combined bomb attack of explosive charges that were set off this morning at bus stops near the entrance to the city of Jerusalem and in the Ramot Junction area.

According to a report by the medical authorities, there are 19 wounded and anxiety victims, including: 4 in serious condition, 1 in moderate condition, 10 in mild condition and 4 anxiety victims. The death of one of the wounded was determined shortly after his evacuation to the hospital.

Police Commissioner R.N. Yaakov Shabtai said this morning: “Not an easy morning, an outline of an attack that has not been similar for many years, two attacks in a row. The main effort of the Israel Police is currently scanning all areas – bus stops, transportation and crowd gatherings, in parallel with the effort of the pursuit in order to get hold of the perpetrator of the attack. We will do everything in our power together with all the other security forces to get to this cell.”

The commander of the Jerusalem district, Superintendent Doron Turgeman, said: “This is an unfolding sabotage incident that began at 7:05 a.m. and a short time later an incident also occurred at the Ramot intersection. We are currently still in the stages of scanning and activity at the scene of the incident and in the wider scope. The investigation is in its infancy with all the force, both the district forces and national reinforcements.’
