A girl, about 4 years old, was hit by an ATV that slipped on her and overturned in an open area near Nahliel. MDA medics and paramedics, assisted by an IDF medical force, provided the girl with medical treatment and evacuated her by military helicopter to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, in a difficult and stable condition, with multiple systemic injuries.
MDA paramedic David Baruchi said: “When we arrived we saw an inverted ATV and were told that a 4-year-old girl was trapped under it and a shirt by the people who were there. The girl was fully conscious and in great pain, she suffered a severe multi-systemic injury. We asked MDA Center to launch a helicopter for evacuation, which landed nearby and evacuated the girl to the hospital when her condition was serious and stable. “(Photo: Archive)
