In his speech, he emphasized the close-knit community of the Faculty of Law.
“This community pays attention to its members, helps those who are lagging behind, celebrates those who succeed, and empathizes with those who fail,” he said, then drew the attention of the graduates to the fact that this solidarity also applies outside the walls of the university.
– Anyone who belongs somewhere and is willing to help others can always count on support. The cohesive university community also works the day after graduation, and if they take care of these friendships, it will work throughout their lives, he said.
Regarding the future of recent graduates, Márta Görög emphasized the importance of social involvement and active activities for the community as an important part of the intellectual way of life.
In addition to the dean, Alex Ember, associate professor of the department of labor law and social law of the faculty, also gave good advice to the young people. He drew their attention to the need for continuous further training due to the constant change in the legislative environment.
Before receiving their diplomas, the graduates took an oath in which they vowed to remain faithful to the Basic Law of Hungary, to always show due respect to their alma mater, and to strive to use their acquired knowledge to serve the integrity of SZTE ÁJTK, the good of their fellow men, and the glory of the country.
