Directed by Vetimaaran and starring Suri, Vijay Sethupathi and many others, the movie ‘Vidukai Bhagam 1’ was released in theaters yesterday (31.03.2023). Produced by Elred Kumar, the film is composed by Ilayaraja. Released with an ‘A’ certificate, the film is receiving good response. Political leaders who saw the film, Thirumavalavan MP, Seeman and others expressed their opinion and praised the film crew.

In this situation, yesterday evening in a theater in Chennai, the film was interrupted while it was playing, and the incident has caused quite a stir. When the movie was playing in the theater, the police suddenly came in and told the families who had come there with the children that the movie is not suitable for people under 18 years of age. Also, they have asked to take them out.
As a result, the mothers there got into an argument with the police. A woman who spoke at that time questioned whether a film that speaks to people’s pain should not be watched with the family. He also said, “Sir, don’t the Bedavas know what to show to the children of our house… we can show the children half-clothed pictures. Also the people there argued with the police that the A certificate was given only for the violent scenes and there were no obscene scenes in the film. As many people who were there protested to the police, they allowed the boys and girls to watch the movie with their families and left. Due to this, there was a bit of a stir.
