Diet Qatayef Ingredients

In this recipe, we use ready-made Qatayef to fill it with the following ingredients:

  • Half a cup of fructose sugar.
  • Two cups of crushed walnuts.
  • Two tablespoons of large flower water or rose.

Diet syrup ingredients

  • A cup and a quarter cup of water.
  • Five cups of fructose.
  • A quarter cup of rose water.
  • A spoon has a small size lemon juice.

How to make Qatayef Diet in Ramadan

Dieting does not mean that we deprive ourselves of what we love and desire, but it means that we limit our calories per day and reduce fats and elements that may cause weight gain or its stability, so here are the steps for making Qatayef diet:

  1. In a deep saucepan, put the water and fructose together on the stove.
  2. Near boiling, add the amount of rose water with lemon juice and stir only once those ingredients to mix.
  3. After boiling, the mixture is removed from the heat to cool on the side.
  4. The walnut kernels are placed in an electric mixer or kibbeh to grind the entire quantity.
  5. Then pour the ground walnuts into another bowl with the five cups of fructose and add rose water to them.
  6. Make sure to mix the ingredients well before stuffing.
  7. Now the Qatayef is filled with walnut and fructose filling until all the Qatayef is finished.
  8. Place the Qatayef pieces on a baking tray after brushing it with ghee so that the Qatayef pieces do not stick to it.
  9. The oven is lit, but the temperature is reduced, and we put the tray in it until the golden-colored diet qatayef are cooked.
  10. Then it is dipped in syrup to serve.
